President of Cardiology & Arrhythmia Consultants, Dr. Keith Newby grew up in Hampton Roads, received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Norfolk State University and earned his medical doctorate from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Newby completed an internship and residency at Emory University School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Clinical training in Cardiology with emphasis in invasive electrophysiology at Duke University Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. Dr Newby is married to Peggy and has three children. Dr. Newby enjoys playing the saxophone and trumpet. He loves to listen to jazz, classical and rhythm and blues.
