Please feel free to call us Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with any questions regarding your care. Our nurses will discuss your concerns with you, and when required, a physician will review your medical record. The nurse will then return your telephone call with specific directions or recommendations. Be sure to provide a telephone number where you may be reached.
Although we strive to return all telephone calls the same day, sometimes we are unable to do so. If the nurse does not respond to your call by the next business day, please call us again, so that we may be certain to address your concerns. |
